Happy New Year!!!

Yah so wow I didn't realize it's been that long. Hmmmm, well the holidays were super busy.  I felt like a carpenter making all those drawers!  These are a few of the ones I made.
This was for Rosey's daughter.  The beautiful Miss Bianca.

These were made for Cheryl's family members.

Rosey ordered 3 more in January.

This was for a graffiti artist, the 3rd one Rosey ordered in January.

Also, in December I lost my Mami Miriam, my Godmother.  She was my mom's best friend and has been in my life since I was just a little girl.  I remember going to her home and looking through her baskets of buttons, beads, and trinkets.  That is where my love of crafting and making things came from.  She had an old school Singer sewing machine and would make dresses that would put anyone in the fashion district to shame, and could coooook.  MMMMMMmmmm her arroz con gandules were so yummy.  The Higher Power called her home last year in November but she stayed on this earth an extra year.  Well Mami Miriam I love you so much.  Thank you for every single last thing you ever taught me, showed me, helped me with, etc.  I am so fortunate to have had you in my life and that my girls were fortunate enough to have known you and experience your greatness. I miss you already.

I hope your holidays were grand, and I hope this new year is full of lots of joy, happiness, and serenity.
